Application Form (Common to all categories)
The application form is common to all categories from a to f. Please download it using the button on the right, fill in the required fields for the applicable category, and send the completed Word file to the Secretariat of Keio SFC Academic Society (gakkai@sfc.keio.ac.jp) as is.Application Formdownload -
a) Research Memo
【Printing/Binding Support】Research or investigation reports prepared by individuals or groups, which must be unpublished. This includes collections of papers and research reports compiled by seminars. The lead researcher must clearly indicate the research content and the position of each contributor, or organize the document in such a way that these details are evident. Applications will generally not be accepted if the research was funded through endowed courses or external grants. -
b) Excellent research project
【Printing/Binding Support】Graduation theses recognized as outstanding by the supervising faculty member, which must be unpublished. In principle, one paper per seminar per semester. -
c) Excellent Master Thesis
【Printing/Binding Support】Master’s theses recognized as outstanding by the principal thesis advisor, which must be unpublished. -
d) Doctoral Dissertation
【Printing/Binding Support】Doctoral theses recognized as outstanding by the principal thesis advisor, which must be unpublished. -
e) Student Papers Recommended by Faculty
【Printing/Binding Support】Papers that do not fall under the above categories but are recognized as outstanding by the supervising faculty member or principal thesis advisor, and which must be unpublished. -
f) Grants for Publication of Doctoral Theses and Related Works
【Publication Cost Support】Financial support is provided for the publication of doctoral theses or works summarizing academic achievements equivalent to or greater than a doctoral dissertation, when the supervising faculty member recognizes their significance in disseminating the research widely to society. The work must be unpublished and must have a confirmed publishing agreement with a recognized academic publisher. Approval by the Keio SFC Academic Society's review committee is also required. -
Certificate of Book Publication
To receive a subsidy for publication costs, a certificate bearing the publisher's official seal and/or signature of representative, prepared according to this template, is required. Due to accounting constraints, Keio SFC Academic Society is unable to make payments or transfers to overseas companies. Therefore, please understand that this file is available in Japanese only.
