特集に沿った表表紙のデザインを募集します。ロゴ、題字は固定です。下記のイラストレーターデータのグレー枠内にレイアウトしてください。

◎提出と画像保存について
提出時は表紙全体を画面キャプチャし、JPEGで書き出したもののみをメールに添付して、ご提出下さい。また、必ずデザインに対するタイトル(英日関係なく30文字以内とするが、シンプルな方がのぞましい)とデザインコンセプト(200字以内)をメールの本文に書いて下さい。採用された際のため、作成は以下の仕様で準備し、そのファイルは必ず採択・不採択の連絡がくるまで保存して下さい。

【特集概要】
慶應義塾大学　看護医療学部は保健・医療・福祉の分野において先導的役割を果たすための「看護医療」を創出するという理念のもと2001年4月に開設され、2026年に開設25周年を迎える。看護医療学部は単に看護学を深く探求するだけではなく、看護学と他学問分野の共創による価値を生み出すことを期待して創設された。本学部は「躬行実践を以って全社会の先導者たらん」とする理念に基づき、看護医療における実践をもって先導できる能力を備えた人材を育成することを目的としている。既に卒業生は2000人を超え、看護分野のみならず、起業家、各分野におけるグローバルヘルスを推進するリーダーとして、国内外で活躍し人々の命と健康を支えている。 　25年間に起こった社会変動の中で、看護医療学部はその時々の社会的要請に応えるために変化し続けてきた。人々の健康と幸福を希求し実現する「看護」の本質と価値を軸に、総合大学の学部として、とりわけ総合政策学部、環境情報学部や医学部、薬学部との共創から生まれた知と経験を活かし、他の看護系大学とは一線を画する創造的・挑戦的に看護を追求する人材の育成と知の統合・発展に貢献を続けている。 　本特集では看護医療学部が他の学部・研究科と、また他大学・大学院や各種機関と協働して行っている研究と実践の活動を総括して看護医療の未来を描く。

The Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care at Keio University was established in April 2001 under the philosophy of creating "Nursing and Medical Care" to play a leading role in the fields of health, medicine, and welfare, and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026. The Faculty was founded with the expectation not merely to explore nursing science deeply, but to generate value through the co-creation of nursing science and other academic fields. Based on the philosophy of "becoming a pioneer of the entire society through personal practice (Kyuko-Jissen)," the Faculty aims to cultivate human resources equipped with the ability to lead through practice in nursing and medical care. The number of graduates has already exceeded 2,000, and they are active not only in the nursing field but also as entrepreneurs and leaders promoting global health in various sectors, supporting people's lives and well-being both domestically and internationally. Amidst the social changes that have occurred over the past 25 years, the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care has continued to evolve to respond to the social demands of each era. Centered on the essence and value of "nursing" that seeks and realizes people's health and happiness, and utilizing the knowledge and experience born from co-creation with the Faculty of Policy Management, the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, the School of Medicine, and the Faculty of Pharmacy as a faculty of a comprehensive university, it continues to contribute to the integration and development of knowledge and the cultivation of human resources who pursue nursing creatively and boldly, distinguishing itself from other nursing universities. In this feature, we summarize the research and practical activities that the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care conducts in collaboration with other faculties and graduate schools, as well as with other universities, graduate schools, and various institutions, to envision the future of nursing and medical care.

Members of the Keio SFC Academic Society (SFC undergraduate students, graduate students, professors, etc.)

・応募作品は返却いたしません。
・審査は編集委員会と特集担当編集委員によって行います。
・採用作品の掲載にあたって，学会側で多少の変更をさせていただく場合があります。
・採用作品の著作権（著作権法第27条，第28条の権利を含む）は慶應SFC学会に帰属します。
・応募作品は未発表のものに限ります（応募作品の知的財産権について、第三者との間に紛争が生じた場合は、作者がその責を負う）。
・応募された場合は，上記注意事項に同意されたものとします。
・Submitted works will not be returned.
・Screening will be conducted by the editorial committee and the editors in charge of the special feature.
・Minor modifications may be made by the editorial team when publishing the selected work.
・Copyright of the selected work (including rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) will belong to the Keio SFC Academic Society.
・Submitted works must be unpublished originals (if any disputes over intellectual property rights with third parties arise, the responsibility lies with the applicant).
・By submitting, applicants are deemed to have agreed to all of the above conditions.
